I have to thank Maria Luisa Sales at the time that informed me about this contest. You had to send a recipe that has become family, and if you were chosen were published in the book "Recipes of the new Italian families", published by Pendragon and edited by Elizabeth Cucci.
I was selected with my "tart with mushrooms and courgettes and place you below the cover shot, the four pages of the book concerning my family and my recipe and my pictures of the delicious pie.
Unfortunately there are no pictures in my daughter and her boyfriend. Had another commitment that day and the photographer and Benedetta were late in arriving at our home four hours!
